I lost my invoice, how can I get a copy?

PDF invoices are now available in the My Macro app and in your user account (all invoices from September 1, 2024, except for fuel invoices). You can download, print, or forward them. If you need help with downloading, we will be happy to assist you.

Download the app to your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play and you can start shopping contactlessly.

 If you require a copy of an older invoice (invoice before September 1, 2024) or a copy of a fuel invoice, please email us at info@makro.cz with the following information to help us find it faster.

Without this information, we are unable to locate the invoice:

• Your customer number or company ID number

• Registration name

• Date of invoice issuance (or at least approximate)

• Invoice amount (or at least approximate)

• Makro where the goods were purchased

• At least two items that should be on the invoice

We can only send the invoice to the email address provided in your Makro registration.

We would also like to inform you that we are currently transitioning to new systems. This change will bring improved user comfort and more modern features (e.g., electronic invoices, personal data management and correction, adding another card without having to visit the store in person or issuing a power of attorney). Therefore, it is advantageous to register and then simply log in to the new My Account section..
